I have contracted to Lion for 3 different contracts: 1. gut renovated a 2000 SF loft 2. Upgrade facade, lobby and stairways of a brown stone building 3. replace a 120 years old elevator in TriBeCa. Lion has done a fabulous job every time and they did it within budget. The elevator upgrade needs to build a 7 story elevator concrete shaft and install a brand new elevator. To retrofit the elevator, we need to do it with tenants. It is a challenging job for both construction and logistics.
